These sites are in a separate area of the park from the tourist sites and are predominately occupied by retired/semi-retired couples and singles in a quiet setting. An application and strict vetting process is carried out on all tennants wishing to reside at the park to ensure safety of elderly guests currently living in the park and ability of prospective tenants to be part of a small community.
